The Story Begins in 1846
Our story begins in 1846 when Auburn Township began a tradition of wine making! The original Eckert Wine Cellar & Dance Hall, located behind the Old Store Winery, became the center of social gatherings for residents for years to come. The original foundation, chutes & ventilation are intact with a reconstructed timber frame top floor.

When you stop in Ragersville, you will take a trip back in time. We offer 10 flavors of wine from sweet, semi-sweet to dry. We offer flights, glasses and of course bottles. We invite you to stop in, sit back and enjoy your selection of wine at one of our vintage tables, which will remind you of your grandparents' house.
